Hi, I'm Adam Francis, with over a decade of experience as a first assistant and Digital Technician. I collaborate closely with photographers and first assistants to meticulously manage every aspect of the capture process, from color and exposure correction to file naming conventions and output.

I emphasize maintaining image integrity by closely monitoring key elements such as in-camera exposure adjustments, focus points, file formats, cropping, white balance, and aspect ratio.

Understanding the importance of smooth communication and collaboration between production teams and clients, I provide on-set and off-site viewing solutions using monitors or Zoom streaming, customized to meet individual client needs.
